We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to help our Technical Services team in the delivery of the Technology Services IM&T Office 365 programme.

This involves being responsible for coordinating and managing key projects and work streams for key areas within I.T. You will also ensure that all stakeholders and affected services have a clear understanding of the objectives, timescales, and responsibilities including required outcomes, are achieved through robust Project Management methodologies as appropriate.

As part of your role, you’ll be required to provide project support as part of a highly energetic programme team involved in delivering change across the organisation. You’ll also be required to identify any resource issues, risks, or constraints that departments may face in the adoption of Office 365, associated sub projects and work both with them and the O365 Project Board, Digital Health Informatics Senior team and the Head of Technical Services to agree corrective actions.

You will be required to assist the O365 Project Manager in the delivery of Office 365 across the Trust in providing project support and lead sub work streams. You will be required to work closely with identified departments to delivery key elements of the office 365 project and wider Digital projects.

As part of your role, you’ll also be required to identify any resource issues, risks, or constraints that departments may face in the adoption of Office 365 and work both with them and the O365 Project Board to agree corrective actions.

You will help forge and maintain close links between the O365 Project Board, Divisions and System Managers to ensure both the effective delivery of the project and the ongoing realisation of benefits associated with O365 and Digital projects which do not exclude technical projects required for the success of the Digital Enterprise environments.

- Co-ordinate/Assist the O365 Project Manager in the delivery of the O365 Project utilising project management Methodologies as required.
- Provide a Project Co-ordinator function to the O365 Programme, working with identified departments
- Ensure the stated business requirements are encompassed, identifying any resource issues, risks or constraints that could restrict progress or reduce effectiveness.
- Produce project documentation to accepted departmental standards in order to control the development or implementation of any new system or service.
- Produce reports and updates to identify potential gaps that would impact on safe and effective delivery of the project outcome
- Support and coordinate key technical and non-technical sub projects working with the 0365 and Technical Services project teams

Communication
- Co-ordinate the cross-site development of the Trust’s O365/Digital projects working in line with clinical and departmental requirements.
- Ensure departmental stakeholders are able to take-on and complete delegated tasks, ensuring effective project administration, co-ordination, communication and control.
- Work with IT Training Manager to initiate relevant training programmes across the organisation (when required).

Issues & Risks
- Assess business and project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
- Log and deal with the resolution of issues and to help overcome barriers that may affect progress.

Change Management
- Undertake Change Management initiatives encouraging user ownership of the project and ensuring that effective project communications are maintained.
- Initiate and participate in the generation and introduction of formal change controls.
