**Job Title: SuccessFactors Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME)**

**Job type: Contract (Inside IR35)**

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team and provide technical expertise in the design, development, and maintenance of SuccessFactors solutions. As a SuccessFactors Technical SME, you will play a crucial role in architecting, implementing, and optimizing SuccessFactors configurations and integrations to meet our business needs effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the technical design and development of SuccessFactors solutions, including integrations with other HR systems and customizations as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SuccessFactors configuration and development.
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules using tools such as the SuccessFactors Metadata Framework (MDF), Business Rules, and Integration Centre.
- Develop and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR systems using APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
- Perform system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and performance of SuccessFactors configurations and integrations.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to development teams and stakeholders on SuccessFactors best practices, architecture, and development standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SuccessFactors configurations, integrations, and functionality.
- Document technical designs, configurations, integrations, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Technical Consultant, Technical Lead, or similar role, with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting SuccessFactors solutions.
- Strong technical skills in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning.
- Experience with SuccessFactors integration technologies and platforms, such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Dell Boomi, or SAP PI/PO.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or ABAP, with experience in developing custom solutions and extensions for SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in SuccessFactors modules or related fields is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £450.00-£550.00 per day
