**Responsibilities**:

- Handing incoming sales calls
- Categorizing and assessing potential tenants
- Booking viewings
- Holding viewings and negotiating letting terms
- Reporting to management team and clients
- Property inspections and identifying maintenance issues
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Work with the Manager on a daily basis to hit monthly letting targets
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Ability to use Initiative
- Computer Literate
- Quick Learner
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Efficient and thorough in their work
- excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills both internally and client facing
- Confident, friendly and well presented
- IT literate

salary + commission agreement + company phone + use of company car.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
