The aim of the job is to negotiate the renewal of tenancies with both landlords and tenants to achieve the best outcome for the landlord and company in terms of income generation, ensuring set targets for the renewal of contracts and rent increases are achieved. This is a fast-paced environment as you will be working within a team that deals with all renewals companywide.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Deal with the renewals inbox with the rest of the team to ensure all enquiries are logged on lettings crm system within the working day.
- Manage own renewal cases, ascertain intentions of all parties where the tenancy is due for renewal, checking first for rent arrears before renewing.
- Work through the grid of properties due for renewal contracts and following the required actions ensuring notes are made on the CRM system as and when required.
- Negotiate renewals and rent increases to obtain the best outcome for the Landlord and the Company.
- Where the tenancy is terminated by the tenant to ensure that instructions are obtained in writing and the relevant branch is notified.
- Re-reference tenants where necessary before renewing eg when tenants who have originally paid in full in advance move to monthly payments, changing guarantors.
- Produce accurate renewal contracts and send via Docu Sign/Goodlord for electronic signatures.
- Ensure the applicable fees are added to the CRM system.
- Deal with telephone enquiries from Landlords, Tenants and branch-based staff.
- Deal with complaints from tenants, landlords and branches effectively.

**Location - Bradford, Shipley (Office Based)**

**Hours - 5-day working week - Monday to Friday (09:00am - 17:30pm, 17:00 finish on a Friday)**

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
