SLiQ (Shared Living in Quality) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Assistant who craves a new and unique role in a creative and innovative business that brings a sparkle to shared living. Yes, there’s uniqueness with us - what we do, how we do it, and why we do it. That's because we take pleasure in providing a high level of service to both Landlords and Tenants in our HMO House-shares and boutique short term lets.
**Duties**:
We won’t bore you with a list of ‘main duties’ because the most important thing is that you can be effective on a computer, and be effective with people. You will be the central hub for communications and with time spent both inside and outside of the office. Each day you will be performing regular duties as well as some tasks that need to be done in order to support the team's success. With us, you will also have ownership of various areas in the business, which we will gradually transition over to you as you grow.
**Supporting Resources**:
Wherever you work in the business, we want you to experience the freedom and autonomy to realise your potential. You will feel supported by a team that celebrates individuality and encourages different perspectives. We have innovated modern technology for our systems to help make your life easy. If you have ideas that can save time, money, or stress, we already have the setup to transform your ideas into effective operations
**Abilities**:
It is crucial that you have a proven track record of effectively communicating in any customer service scenario, years of experience in a role requiring a very high standard of organisation and time management, and a love for the excitement of crushing a busy day. Property Management experience will be beneficial but definitely not essential.
**Development**:
You will definitely learn and develop personally and professionally with us. Although we understand the climate of regular career changes these days, our aim is to provide you with everything you need in order to want to stay with our ‘SLiQ family’, where we learn and thrive together.
**If you think this advert looks amazing, we agree with you - it is a dream job for an A-player looking to get their teeth stuck in.** We don’t micro-manage and you are encouraged to be yourself.
