SLiQ (Shared Living in Quality) is seeking an office Assistant who craves a role in a creative and innovative business that brings a sparkle to shared living. That's because we take pleasure in providing a high level of service to both Landlords and Tenants in our HMO House-shares and boutique short term lets.
**Duties**:
We won’t bore you with a list of ‘main duties’ because the most important thing is that you can be effective on a computer, and be effective with people. You will be the central hub for communications and with time spent both inside and outside of the office. Each day you will be performing regular duties as well as some tasks that need to be done in order to support the team's success.

**Abilities**:
You must be a positive and friendly communicator with a high standard of organisation and time management, and a love for the excitement of being helpful. Property Management experience is not required.
