We are retained by this independent Merchant who are seeking an Office Administrator / Accounts Assistant for this friendly and family run business.
They supply to both trade and public and have been around for many years where they have developed a strong name within the industry.
**The Position & Responsible to**:
The role will be responsible for general administration, filing, Sales and Purchase Ledger and dealing with clients over the phone.
**Duties**:
- Generating Invoices and accounts statements.
- Purchase Ledgers and Sales Ledger.
- General office administration.
- Reviewing accounts
- Processing Payments
- Dealing with Clients over the phone
- Updating invoices and receipts.
No formal qualifications needed for this role just some key experience of Sales and Purchase Ledger is preferred.

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
