**Responsibilities and Duties**
- You will run a busy front of house with a wide range of duties, delivering a WOW services to our patients.
- You will learn about all of our services and how to support the clinic team. Superb training and support will be provided.
- Must be flexible with hours - some evenings and weekends.

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer incoming calls and take messages.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Keep records of visitors and their appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 28-32 per week
**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
