We are recruiting for an experienced, self-motivated and confident **Training Centre / Learning and Development Administrator** to join our Training team based at our Glasgow Training Centre.

The **Training Centre / Learning and Development Administrator** will support the Training Centre Coordinator ensuring efficient operation of the Centre and other areas of the company as required.

**As a Training Centre / Learning and Development Administrator** **your responsibilities will be**:

- Answer and direct phone calls
- Handle internal and external customer enquiries
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
- Liaise with Luddon operational management throughout the wider business and provide advice on learning and development requirements
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Training Centre administration including but not limited to:

- course bookings
- invoicing
- preparation of classrooms for training courses and meetings
- Provide general support to visitors
- equipment and material ordering
- registering and resulting qualifications
- exam invigilation
- liaising with awarding bodies and maintaining records in compliance with quality standards
- updating training records and training plans
- Undertake any other duties commensurate with the post as required

**For our Training Centre / Learning and Development Administrator role we are looking for the following Skills and Experience**:
**Essential**
- Experience of a customer facing role (internal and/or external customers)
- Experience of working in a fast-paced training/service centre environment.
- IT literacy - Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to customer service.
- Ability to develop relationships with other staff and Clients.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in relation to data entry and management.
- Ability and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Commitment to continued professional development.

**Desirable**
- Further education qualification in administration or business management
- Knowledge of working with awarding bodies such as CITB, CPCS, NPORS, SQA etc.
