Anderson Knight are working with a client based in Glasgow to recruit a Learning and Development Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. The position is based onsite, where there is free parking and public transport links nearby. Hours are Monday - Friday, 35hrs per week with an earlier finish on a Friday.

As the Learning and Development Coordinator, you play a critical role in ensuring that employees receive the training and support they need to perform their jobs effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Organise and coordinate training for all employees in the business.
- Work with the learning and development team to design and communicate administrative procedures for booking internal and external training courses.
- Liaise with general managers and delegates to ensure that all employees receive the appropriate training and support to perform their jobs safely and to the best of their ability.
- Distribute and collate induction and onboarding information for all new employees
- Maintain productive working relationships with external providers of learning solutions and ensure that all necessary information is provided in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain accurate and easily accessible records and processes for all learning and development activities
- Ensure that staff required to attend specific workshops are easily identified and followed up.
- Produce periodic reporting as requested and support the learning and development manager with projects as required.
- Ensure that all of the information contained on the learning and development intranet is accurate, up-to-date, and regularly maintained.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and progress actions as required, while ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information is maintained and complies with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
- Adhere to and cooperate with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to the health and safety policy and procedures, equality and diversity policy framework, ensuring effective implementation.

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Be proactive, professional and self-motivated
- Have excellent organisational and administration skills
- Have good working knowledge of Microsoft packages

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
