Anderson Knight are recruiting an L&D Specialist for one of our manufacturing clients based in Glasgow. This is a full time, permanent role with the option of a hybrid working model.

The responsibilities for this role include developing and growing the current learning and development policies and procedures in place including but training programs that are in place to help employees enhance their skills and develop their knowledge.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Working alongside all departments within the business to identify any training needs and prioritise the needs.
- Design, Develop and deliver training programs for employees and develop training materials and resources for the business ensuring they are inline with legislation and business policies.
- Partner with HR colleagues to integrate learning initiatives with talent management processes, succession planning, and career development pathways.
- Ensure you are staying in line with industry trends and ensuring your knowledge within L&D remains up to date. Providing recommendations and solutions where necessary to enhance business and skills.
- Provide coaching, support, and guidance to managers and employees on learning opportunities, career paths, and professional development resources.
- Keeping records of all training completed, training outstanding and yearly training reviews for all staff members. Ensuring that all records are up to date and accurate
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training provided and continuously develop content and delivery methods accordingly.

**Experience, Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience of working with L&D for a minimum of 3 years.
- Previous experience of designing and delivery training programs within a manufacturing environment would be highly advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and compliance issues relevant to the manufacturing industry.
- Passion for continuous learning, professional growth, and willingness to keep up to date with legislation and industry standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
