**Position**: Head of Recruitment

**Hours**:Full time | Permanent | Mon-Fri | 40 hours

Tops Day Nurseries & Aspire Training team provide early years education for children aged 0 - 11 and vocational training and apprenticeships for all ages. - Confident to plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
- Lead, design and manage specific recruitment campaigns to address challenging and hard to recruit positions
- Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns
- Track, measure, and report on campaign results
- Oversee company’s career site and suggest improvements
- Create engaging job descriptions
- Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
- Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community
- Monitor job boards and plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers
- Design and plan recruiting events
- Generate monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming recruitment marketing initiatives
- Create reports on key recruitment marketing metrics
- Communicate regularly with HR and Operations to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organisational goals
- Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry
- Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels
- Manage the day-to-day line management, mentoring and coaching of the recruitment team to ensure the end-to-end recruitment service is delivered to a high standard
- Review and improve current recruitment systems and processes

We will need you to be able to demonstrate
- Previous working experience preferably as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist and Recruitment Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
- Previous experience in developing and creating recruitment process, systems, and reports within a previous role/company
- Experienced in social media and LinkedIn as a recruitment tool
- Previous experience in influencing and leading a team
- Confident to be able to deliver reports and presentations at Operations level
- Hands-on approach when needed, ability to lead, develop and inspire the team
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
