As our Recruitment Associate you will be responsible for managing the effective operational delivery of volume entry level recruitment and a selection of single head roles across the LVFS business. You will be responsible for providing professional guidance regarding recruitment activities; building and maintaining relationships with your stakeholders within the business.

This role is working Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) based at our Westbourne Head Office. We are open to conversations around flexible working.

This is a 3 month Fixed Term Contract.

**About you**:
The successful individual will have good time management and strong organisation skills. You will have previous recruitment experience and have a natural ability to work independently and as part of the team.
