The Position

Main Duties for the role:

  • Support with building the Encore Brand, ensuring that the organisation is positioned as a great place to work, utilising all key social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Twitter and Instagram.
  • Build a professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
  • To proactively source and attract talent using variety of methods, including Social Media, Job Boards and through the attendance of Job Fairs.
  • Create and adapt job advertisements, ensuring that all relevant legislation is adhered to.
  • Ensure competitor knowledge is up to date to ensure that we are competitive within the marketplace.
  • Maximise cost effectiveness of recruitment spend, negotiate competitive terms with recruitment agencies to minimise cost spend.
  • Work closely with home managers to develop and implement bespoke recruitment strategies and maximise recruitment levels.
  • Schedule and organise interviews.
  • Adapt a hands-on approach to support the recruitment team with administration aspects of recruitment and onboarding, such as employment compliance, DBS checks, referencing and any other tasks deemed appropriate.
  • Ensure Group recruitment trackers are kept up to date.
  • Create and update interview questions for all Group roles.
  • Track social media performance and report on ROI.
  • Track recruitment metrics create accurate regular reports and update key stakeholders on a weekly basis.
  • Acknowledge and seek feedback from key stakeholders (both internal and external), to make any required improvements to the recruitment process and experience.
  • Produce reports for the Head of Sales and Recruitment as required.
  • Ensure regulatory and GDPR compliance within the onboarding process

What you will need:

  • At least 1 year experience working as a recruiter in the care industry
  • A full driving licence and access to a car for work purposes

  • A generous target driven bonus scheme of up to £6,500 per annum
