The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for the recruitment of Childcare, Business Administration and Customer Service apprentices across the group as a whole; recruiting for all of our Tops Day Nurseries, and our Head Office in Bournemouth.


About You


You will have strong administration and customer service experience and it would be advantageous to have recruitment/resourcing experience also (either in-house or agency).


Essential skills & experience:

  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Strong Customer Service and/or Sales experience
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages

Desirable skills & experience:

  • Recruitment experience (preferred)
  • Experience working within a similar environment e.g. Education and/or Training Provider (preferred)

Your Responsibilities and Duties will involve:

  • Creating & posting job adverts for internal and external vacancies on to relevant job boards
  • Arranging interviews for apprentices, both internally and externally
  • Working closely with the Aspire Sales team to communicate recruitment needs for Aspire customers
  • Contacting managers & clients for feedback following interviews in a timely manner, managing clients expectations where necessary
  • Arranging & attending Career Events
