Your Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Quay Crew, your primary responsibility will be to manage either the Junior Interior desk or our Yacht Recruitment team. Your role will involve:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to successful placements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with yacht owners, captains, and crew
- Sourcing and recruiting top talent, ensuring they meet the high standards of the superyacht industry
- Keeping up-to-date with yachting industry trends and expanding your professional network
Requirements
We're looking for individuals with yacht experience (onboard, shore-based, or management) and/or a strong background in recruitment. A proven track record in managing recruitment processes and an established network in the yachting or recruitment industries are essential. Whether you're stepping ashore with valuable yachting experience or have a solid recruitment background, we want to hear from you.
