- The post requires travelling to customer locations in England, driving licence is essential.
**Skills**:
- Proven experience as a **help desk technician** or other customer support role
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office products, databases and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and able to manage difficult conversations
Experience in IT is essential and great communication skills are a must, as we provide a service to patients that need support but also easy-to-understand instructions if issues arise.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: £16,773.00-£28,251.00 per year
