Job description

We are looking for an organised individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience of IT systems. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the administration of Family Links’ online trainings, working as part of a busy Training Team, and assisting our Business Development Manager with the maintenance of our CRM system. You will enjoy working collaboratively and will feel secure in managing a fast-changing, busy workload as part of a wider team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- To manage the set-up and administration process for online training
- To collate training feedback and support general training administration
- To provide assistance to the business development team, including updating the CRM system and online marketing tasks.

**Person Specification**

Essential skills:

- Excellent administration skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong IT skills and experience
- Experience of using databases
- Responsible and self-motivated, able to work on own initiative
- Ability to prioritise a fast-changing, busy workload.

Desirable:

- Previous experience in training administration
- A strong digital mindset and knowledge/understanding of the benefits of technology and digital transformation.
