Oxford, United Kingdom Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Full time

Following a recent restructure, we are looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious person to join the team as a eRostering Systems Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking, dynamic team which plays a pivotal role in efficient workforce deployment across the Trust. You will be organised, adaptable, keen to learn and able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in your work, as well as having excellent communication skills.

This post would suit someone with a background in IT system support/implementation or electronic rostering from either an administrative or clinical role. System specific training will be provided in post.

Key Skills Required
- Experience of eRostering in the NHS.
- Experience in developing processes and guidance material for end users
- Experience in delivering training and presenting information to groups of people.

The Trust comprises four hospitals - the John Radcliffe Hospital, Churchill Hospital and Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Headington and the Horton General Hospital in Banbury.

Our values, standards and behaviours define the quality of clinical care we offer and the professional relationships we make with our patients, colleagues and the wider community. We call this Delivering Compassionate Excellence and its focus is on our values of compassion, respect, learning, delivery, improvement and excellence. These values put patients at the heart of what we do and underpin the quality healthcare we would like for ourselves or a member of our family.
