Due to a recent re-structure, we are actively looking for 2 new Recruitment Administrators to join our Temporary Staffing Team, recruiting people to the LSCft bank.
We are looking for people who are able to multitask and who can manage their own workload. So if you are someone who prides themselves on attention to detail and have excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service, please keep reading..
- Communicate effectively and proactively with recruiting managers about the progress of vacancies.
- Produce accurate, standard correspondence for applicants, including interview letters, offers of appointment, terms of engagement and any other appropriate documentation.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in written communication.
- Select appropriate methods of communication depending on the circumstances.
- Demonstrate tact and empathy during difficult conversations.
- Liaise with applicants in a timely way to ensure their attendance at interviews as appropriate.
- Sit on bank interview panels as required.
- Attend recruitment fairs and events and present a positive image of the Temporary Staffing service and the Trust.
- Promote the positive reputation of the Temporary Staffing team.
- Attend organised events and meetings with stakeholders.
- Participate fully in team/departmental meetings and activities.
- Support team and departmental colleagues in so far as is reasonable and practicable.
Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
