This will initially be on a 12-month contract with the possibility of going permanent afterwards. Previous experience in a customer focused role is essential for this position.

This is a full-time role, working hours are 9.00-5.00 Monday to Friday.

Main duties and responsibilities as a Service Administrator will include:

- To receive incoming customer calls and help with the planning and scheduling of engineer’s diaries.
- Prepare quotations for clients.
- Issue invoices and contracts.
- Maintain client records.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbally.
- Strong administration skills.
- A can-do attitude and ability to problem solve.
- The ability to instil confidence in customers and build rapport.
