**OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - BICESTER - £26K-£30K**

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join our friendly Head Office team in Bicester. The role will be responsible for the facilities, data protection, systems, company-level compliance and health and safety for the company.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
**Projects**:

- Assisting with acquisitions, including the migration of data
- Ad-hoc project management.

**Systems**:

- Managing external systems and platforms, including Reapit, Moneypenny, Sage Pay and Typeform, Office 365, 3CX, etc.
- Updating and configuring the company intranet.
- Setting up and closing down new employees and leavers on relevant systems and putting in place any required diverts.
- Point of contact with external systems suppliers.

**Compliance**:

- Ensuring compliance with Barclaycard DSS PSI and RICS CMP.
- Keep Lettings up to date on current legislation and updates
- Managing group and TPO complaints and procedures through The Property Ombudsman.
- Ensure employees are up to date on Compliance Matters and liaise with department managers regarding progress

**Health and Safety**:

- Manage health and safety assessments from external health and safety representatives.
- Arrange safety certificates for each branch, including gas, EICR and PAT testing.
- Create and maintain the Employee Health and Safety Handbook.
- Manage the servicing of smoke alarms and fire extinguishers at each branch.

**Data Protection**:

- Act as DPO for And Co Group Ltd, And Co Property Services Ltd and And Co Financial Services Ltd.
- Manage company privacy policy.
- Maintain ICO breach log and ensure that ICO guidelines are followed by all employees.
- Ensure employee training is completed annually

**Facilities**:

- Support branch fit outs/redecs
- Order all office supplies for Head Office (e.g. coffee machine orders, stationary, etc).
- Manage sanitary bin collections for each branch.
- Manage cleaner contract for Head Office.

We are looking for someone that has the following skills and experience:
**Essential**:

- Ability to effectively build relationships with all key stakeholders and assist where necessary.
- High computer & System literacy/knowledge

**Preferred**:

- Experience of working in the property industry, assisting with acquisitions and managing data protection requests would all be advantageous.
- Recognised Health and Safety qualification, or willing to work towards.
- CDPO qualification, or willing to work towards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
