Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Organise and ensure smooth operation of warehouse activity
- Manage document flow between the UK and parent company in EU
- Coordinate goods reception & dispatch
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) for efficient operations
- Ensure and supervise the loading/stacking/unloading of goods in the warehouse
- Respond to and strictly respect the itinerary, the delivery term and the unloading times established together with his / her manager
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams
- For an initial period only - ensure delivery via flat bed van to company clients

**Requirements**:

- Romanian language - strongly recommended
- Drivers licence
- Reliability, problem-solving skills, time management, flexibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
