We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Ocado Logistics. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities- Picking and packing customer orders into shopping totes with care and attention to detail
- Receiving goods from suppliers and decanting products into totes with accuracy and precision
- Working in multiple temperature environments, from chilled to ambient, with a good level of fitness and mobility
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.76, with a night premium of £2.00 for shifts between 10pm and 6am
- Overtime rate of £14.70 for hours worked beyond the standard shift
- Access to our onsite subsidised cafe, offering breakfast and dinner options from £1.50
