**The Company**

The East India Company Collections Ltd is a subsidiary of The East India Company Group dealing in the manufacture and sale of precious metal products including coins, bars, and commemoratives for the collector and investment bullion market.

We are seeking an **Operations and Fulfilment Officer** to join the rapidly expanding collectable and gifting business of precious metal coins and bars.

**The Role**

A multi-functional role supporting the Operations and Fulfilment Manager. You will be responsible for receiving all goods, fulfilling customer orders and ensure that they are delivered in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity, but also that epitomises the luxury brand and the absolute pinnacle of customer experience is achieved with every order. You will also learn about the exciting world of numismatics and precious metals and the exacting standards dictated by this growing, fast paced sector.

**Your Skills**:

- An exceptional eye for detail is critical as QC will also be part of the role
- Organisational skills and effective time management need to be exemplary
- Numerate & Computer literate: Excellent MS Office skills required including Excel formulas like VLOOKUP, pivot tables and custom report creation. SharePoint and

NetSuite experience is also preferred, but not essential as training will be given
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment with constantly conflicting deadlines is also essential

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree will be preferred, due to the nature of the day-to-day work.

**Salary**: £ 28000-30,000 per annum plus 30 days holidays (including bank holidays) & staff discount and eligibility for Company Pension Scheme.

Start Date: Immediately
Due to the nature and value of the product you will be working with we will seek at least 2 references and conduct a DBS check.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
