**Customer Service Assistant**

Customer Care is a 24x7 operation, 365 days a year - we’re always here for our customers. The role will be require full time working hours. From time to time this may mean your work requires exceptional hours to protect our customer care during peak trading periods.

**Brief Overview**
- **Integrate and assit the current buying / purchasing team.**:

- **The role is data driven and focused on results**:

- Liaising with couriers and suppliers.

**Key Skills and desired experience**
- Use of Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records
- Good team-work skills
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Good mathematical skills
- First-class phone manner
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise at any one time as issues arise
- Able to work to KPI targets as part of team
- Technically savvy and able to confidently work with e-commerce platforms, order management and inventory systems
- Familiarity with general warehouse operations in terms of fulfilment and dispatch
- On occassion to correspond with customers, carriers and internal departments in a personalised, knowledgeable and helpful way
- To ensure that queries are responded to within agreed SLA’s
- Ability to remain customer focused at all times in order to provide the best service experience
- To capture and trend spot live and current issues and feedback to relevant departments
- Attend feedback meetings with internal departments
