Business Development Executive - IT Sales - Huddersfield

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to Act as a client advocate and work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. Assist with making sales, handling client complaints, maintainingaccount activities and improving the overall customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Handling and pricing sales enquiries using CRM
- Ensuring the CRM is updated as and when required
- Hunting for new business customers
- Upselling & cross-selling Telecom/IT products in view to hit monthly and quarterly targets
- Proactively identifying business and sales opportunities when talking to customers and seeking additional revenue for the company
- Working towards a personal target as well as contributing to the team target
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers & suppliers.
- Make outbound calls to new customers to up/cross sell products
- Assist with billing enquiries
- Manage contract renewals
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activities
- Provide support to other team members to ensure successful implementation of sales strategies

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in business development or sales
- Knowledge of IT/Telecoms Sales, industry trends and competitive activities
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Strong workload prioritisation skills and ability to work under pressure
- Results and customer service focused
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
