**Working hours and location**:
The working hours are from 9am to 5pm office based from Monday to Friday.
The role is located in North London near Oakwood (on the Piccadilly line).

**About the company**:
The company assists those in need of housing to access private-rented accommodation, creating long-term and sustainable tenancies. We are looking for a highly motivated Administrator to join the team and provide support to clients as they prepare to move intotheir new properties, as well as continued support throughout the term of their tenancy.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Setting up utility accounts for a portfolio of units
- Dealing with utility companies on behalf of tenants
- Managing resident, business, and local authority enquiries
- Building relationships with suppliers
- Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all records and databases
- Providing timely and high-quality written and verbal communications
- Keeping up to date with energy market trends
- Strong administration, organisational, prioritisation, numerical and attention to detail skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressured environment.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Strong team ethic, with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team or independently
- Flexibility in responding to the varying demands of the role to achieve agreed outcomes
- Experience of working with databases and management software systems.
