**Laundry Assistant** S**alary**: £22.464 per annum/ £12 per hour.
**Location**: Baycroft Great Baddow, Chelmsford, Essex
**Hours & Shift Pattern: 37.5 **hours per week, alternate weekends

We are now recruiting a dynamic Laundry Assistant to join our Care team and support us in delivering nutritious food and market-leading care to our residents. Along with desirable experience as a Laundry Assistant, you should have high organisational skills and a keen eye for details.

**And in return, you will be responsible for**:
- Assisting in sorting washing into relevant groups and action as required through the washer, dryer and iron
- Ensuring the laundry room is kept clean and tidy at all times including all the equipment.
- Making certain the Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Carrying out any other tasks that may be reasonably assigned.
**Please note**:this role will require an enhanced DBS and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
