Dedicated Care Assistant

As a Dedicated Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Responsibilities include:
- Companionship: Providing emotional support and companionship to our clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Personal Care: Assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Medication Management: Helping clients manage their medication, including reminders and prescription collection.
- Mealtimes: Preparing healthy meals and snacks, promoting good nutrition and hydration.
- Household Tasks: Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, including laundry, cleaning, and tidying.
- Errands: Accompanying clients on outings, shopping, and other activities, enhancing their social interaction and engagement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of our clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A patient and empathetic approach, understanding the challenges faced by our clients.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
