**7. **Staff will be part of a rota system that is devised at the start of the year by the management team for staff to attend events throughout the year that will be held out of working hour’s activities, e.g. training, staff meetings, parent’s evenings, events, etc, these will be paid for at the directors discretion and you will be notified of this prior to the event.**

**8. **To be flexible within working practices of nursery. Be prepared to help where needed, including to undertake certain domestic jobs within the nursery, e.g. preparation of snack meals, cleansing of equipment, putting out bins, doing the laundry, etc. Also flexibility with regard to working in different rooms as and when required ensuring effective operation of the nursery, staff will be expected to attend training to obtain the required Level 2 in Food and hygiene.**

**9. **Work alongside the Management, Seniors and staff team to ensure that the high standards, and vision, philosophy and objectives behind Camelot Day Nursery are fulfilled at all times.**
- Mealtimes should be in a relaxed and social environment that children are encouraged to make choices and decisions to help gain independence and social interaction, staff will be on hand at all times to assist children and support them where necessary._
- Staff to wear the correct PPE._
- Only to serve food if you have a relevant Level 2 health _
- 1. _To maintain an exceptional high standard of children’s health and hygiene routine’s. _
- 2. _To interact and engage with the children and provide a stimulating and caring environment for the children to thrive. _

**At Camelot Day Nursery and Kids Club ALL STAFF have a duty of care to remain vigilant at all times and to follow the correct reporting procedures should you have a concern.**

**To ensure the provision of a high quality environment to meet the needs of the individual children from differing cultures and religious **backgrounds and stages of development.**

**To be aware of the high profile of the nursery and to uphold its standards at all times. To be an ambassador for Camelot Day Nursery both within the nursery and the wider community.**

**To ensure good standards of hygiene and safety standards appropriate for the needs of young children.**
