**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**JOB TITLE: Project administrator and monitoring assistant**

**SALARY**:£11.44 per hour **(**actual£9,518.08 per annum)

**LOCATION**: Brian Jackson House, Huddersfield and option to work from home 1-2 days per week

**RESPONSIBLE TO**: Business For Good West Yorkshire Project Manager

**RESPONSIBLE FOR**: N/A

**TERMS**:16 hours per week (to be worked across 3 or 4 days, can be flexible to school hours)

Fixed contract to 31st March 2025

**JOB PURPOSE**:
This post is to provide administrative support to the Business for Good, WY programme and ensure that monitoring data, submitted by BfGWY partners, is correct prior to submission to West Yorkshire Combined Authority.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1.0 General Administrative Support**
- Arrange and assist with organising meetings, and where required take minutes/notes from the meetings
- To help with general project delivery tasks such as room bookings
- To help with the development/revision of any monitoring forms or administrative processes
- To support the administration of the BfGWY Sharepoint site ensuring documents are saved correctly by partners
- Provide support for the Programme Manager, acting as point of contact for general queries in absence of Programme Manager and helping ensure the project is meeting its key milestones

**2.0 Workshop administrative support**
- Provide administrative support for the Start Up workshops including
- Liaising with marketing agency to ensure events are set up on Eventbrite and promoted
- Monitoring registrations to ensure they are appropriate - referring inappropriate registrations to alternative workshops or an Enterprise Coach
- Liaising with the workshop provider to ensure they have all the required information
- Reviewing attendees, capturing feedback and any actions following the workshop
- Reviewing non attendees and sharing data with Enterprise coaches where consent has been provided so they can be followed up

**3.0 Monitoring**
- Work closely with TSL Finance Manager to support the gathering of information relevant to the claim ensuring all evidence is provided
- Understand all paperwork / monitoring requirements for the different elements of the BfGWY project outputs and outcomes
- Support Partners organisations with their monitoring process ensuring evidence requirements are full understood and key individuals identified to provide this information
- Capture monitoring information as required from partners key contacts - ensuring all evidence is provided
- Check all elements of supporting evidence are available in support of output and outcomes monitoring so that the UK SPF claim can be completed accurately
- Help prepare Outcome/Output reports for the Management Group, Delivery Partners and Advisory Group and TSL Board of Trustees as required.
- Provide information to project evaluators as required

**4.0 General responsibilities**
- To work co-operatively with all members of TSL staff and board and to adhere to the

values, policies, practices and procedures of TSL, with particular reference to the promotion of diversity and equal opportunities
