As an established independent financial advisory firm with a national presence, we are currently recruiting for an Administrator to provide high quality administrative support to our Financial Planners & Directors. Whilst focusing on retirement, we also provide a full range of financial solutions to both individuals and businesses alike. This role will be based at our Northwich Office

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and maintaining internal relationships to help maintain business flow and meet agreed deadlines
- Liaising with clients, advisers and product providers to ensure deadlines are met.
- New business processing through to completion for life, pensions and investments.
- Addressing clients and intermediaries' enquiries and dealing with general administration in a professional manner
- Dealing with a client’s income extraction process to completion
- Obtaining all pre-sale documentation including quotations etc.
- General administration and office duties

**Role Requirements**
- Excellent attention to detail with proven accuracy in previous role(s)
- Organised with good time management and ability to prioritise
- Financial Services Experience preferred but not essential
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Ensuring that any business conducted is done in a responsible and compliant manner
- Meeting all legislative requirements, both internally and externally.
- Back office system experience, Intelligent Office use is preferred although not vital along with proficient working of Microsoft Office products

The role holder may, from time to time, be required to undertake reasonable additional or other duties as are necessary to meet the needs of the business.
