An exciting opportunity for an Administrator - temporary to join a well established Manufacturing business, based in Northwich. You will be providing high-level administrative support to the UK team by conducting research, handling information requests andperforming clerical functions.

**Description**

Duties of the Administrator - temporary will be:

- As an Administrator you'll be providing high-level administrative support to the UK team by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.
- Problem and query resolution
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload

**Profile**
- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Ability to keep information organised and confidential.

**Job Offer**

Pay rate £10.50 per hour

Hours - Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
