CPL have engaged with a Chemical Manufacturing company based in Northwich to urgently hire An IT administrator to work closely in supporting their UK team.

Role purpose:
The main function of this role is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers foran office.

Accountabilities:
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.

Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.

File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.

**Skills**: Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Ability to keep information organised and confidential.

Education/Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent is advantage
- Experience is advantage

Mainly office based (Northwich office) with some travelling

MS office (Outlook, excel) knowledge is a must

Ticketing system, Power BI knowledge and IT qualification is advantage

Opened for 6 months duration, could be extended
