**Purpose of Role**:
To cleanse the data on the Zoho CRM System to enable more effective marketing and lead generation to support and expediate for growth of new business.

**Responsible for**:

- De-duping Accounts, contacts and leads.
- Updating Accounts, contacts, and leads from the bounce-backs.
- Whilst cleaning if contact has left then proactively updating leavers, finding their new roles via sales navigator, and searching contacts via Pearl finders
- Making sure industry, company size and title are correct and completing missing data where needed.
- Ensure leads, accounts and contacts have minimum data fields (TBC by sales and marketing team)
- Speaking with internal teams to ensure issues found in Zoho not working are communicated to be fixed
- Junk - cleaning all contacts leads accounts under certain criteria as determined.

**Essential Experience**:

- Educated to Graduate or Equivalent

**Experience Desirable**:

- Knowledge of operating a CRM system Experience of working across a CRM system
- Good organisational skills
- Awareness of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator

**Personal Attributes**:

- Organised
- Responsive
- Good communication skills

This role requires an enhanced DBS.
