Office Sales Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provision of excellent customer service
- Follow up on old leads and information on our system for potential clients
- Calculate, provide and discuss quotes for our services
- Process and complete all relevant administrative tasks
- Prepare and issue contracts for our services
- Maintain working knowledge of company services and products and answer questions on these topics
- Liaise with our removal team and clients throughout their move to ensure a smooth service
- Calculate and take payments for services
**Key skills and abilities needed**
- Excellent English; Bulgarian speakers will be with priority
- Good calculus skills
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- PC literate and able to work with MS Office and Google Sheets
- Have a 'hands-on/to-do' attitude
- Work well under pressure
- Prioritize and organize workload within a timely manner
- Motivation and enthusiasm
- Previous experience in this or similar position is beneficial
