Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
- Provide support to sales representatives and managers in daily tasks
- Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills for calculations and pricing negotiations
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues from various departments
- Experience or knowledge in sales techniques and strategies is a plus
- Proficient phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Creating labels for daily parcel dispatch
- Creating visuals using sketchup
- Social media posting
- Experience/knowledge in glass industry is desirable
