Our client is looking to appoint a Property Administrator/Receptionist. This is a full time, permanent role, Monday - Friday and is office based in Inverness.

Duties include:

- Providing administrative and reception support to a busy property sector office.
- Dealing with property enquiries face to face and by telephone.
- Arrange appointments.
- Taking messages and forwarding calls.
- Office diary management.
- Update and maintain accurate and confidential client and property records.

Person Specification
- Previous Administration experience.
- Strong IT skills including MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and well organised.
- Ability to work within a team and work under pressure.
- Ability to be flexible, if and when work commitments demand.

**Salary**: £20,500.00-£22,500.00 per year
