**Head of Workplace Operations**:
**Grade 9 (£53,353 - £61,823 p.a. depending on experience)**:

You will be responsible for leading our IT Workplace Operations teams incorporating Microsoft 365, Identity and Access Management Operations, Endpoint Device Management, and Application Packaging; enabling a culture of customer service excellence across your service area and more widely across IT. You will take a key role in the continued development of the service offering, enabling a culture of continuous service improvement and input into the implementation of the IT strategy.

You will represent IT at a University level, and externally in both Higher Education and IT Sectors, collaborating with wide range of stakeholders to articulate targets and strategies to support the University's strategic plan.

This is a key leadership role within the IT Service and is expected to work pro-actively with considerable autonomy, setting vision and engaging.
