**HEAD OF ESTATES**
**Salary: £40,909- £43,322 per annum**
**Hours: 37 per week**
Leeds College of Building is the UK’s only specialist further education construction college and we have an excellent reputation for providing quality education in Construction and the Built Environment. We are looking for a Head of Estates to be responsiblefor the overall management of the Estates and Health & Safety functions.
You will be responsible for;
- Procuring and managing estates relating contracts
- Developing, implementing and operating a planned preventative maintenance system
- Ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities and maintaining records where required
You will also promote, support and advise on the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment in the College.
