_**About the role**_
- Safecrowds Limited are excited to recruit for the role of an HR Administration Specialist which is a newly created position within the company._
- The HR Administration Specialist will report into the Head of HR and work closely with the business leaders._
- As a key member of the HR team you will be responsible for general administration and support including regular updating of the HR systems with responsibility over all applicable HR documentation and processes._
- We are looking for someone who wants to grow and develop with the company and we will provide _**fully funded CIPD HR courses**_ _[_**level 3 and level 5]**_ _where the individual could career path into a Junior HR Business Partner in the future._

- **RESPONSIBILTIES**_
- o Partners with business leaders to identify and improve organisational processes_
- o Supports the business transformation enabling the growth and development of the people_
- o Collate data performance of all third-party providers (e.g. payroll, pension etc) and propose new/alternative efficiencies_
- o Contribute to the implementation of all health and safety policies across head office and in the field_
- o Supporting the business in achieving industry accreditations e.g. SIA Approved Contractor Scheme, CHAS, ISO etc_
- o Add value in retaining the awarding body accreditations and Centre Approval Status_
- o Maintenance and upkeep of all employee qualifications and certifications relevant to the business and Security industry_
- o Engage in key projects contributing to improving efficiencies, productivity, and cost saving proposals_
- o Supports local corporate and social responsibility initiatives and projects_
- o Complete all relevant checks incl. those relating to legal, statutory compliance, references, and security industry accreditations_
- o Updating HR systems, databases, documents, and employee records_
- o Book employees on relevant security / development courses_
- o Place recruitment adverts, screen CV’s and schedule interviews_
- o Sending out of all documentation connected with the employee lifecycle - employment offers, contracts etc_
- o Supporting with month end forms and data_
- o Answering HR/ER related queries_

- **REQUIREMENTS**_
- o Previous administration experience working within a fast paced and pressured environment_
- o Experience of working within an HR team [understanding employment law / legislation] is advantageous but not essential_
- o Proficient IT skills - Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint_
- Salary from £27,000 to £32,000 per year [depending on experience]_

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
