**The role**:
As a Product Owner at Screenmedia, you will be the voice of the customer and must be passionate about customer experience and innovation. You will collaborate with clients, lead user story creation, and oversee product design, delivery, acceptance, and handoff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project scoping and requirements gathering:

- Collaborate with the Strategy Director to define the project aims, objectives and high-level scope of work / key deliverables.
- Lead the collection, documentation, and prioritisation of detailed business, user and stakeholder requirements.
- Understand and document business problems, operational procedures, and workflows.
- Contribute to the final project scope, cost/value metrics, and dependencies.

- Solution design and specifications
- Create planning outputs and low-fi prototypes to illustrate functionality to designers and developers.
- Work with the UX/UI design teams to direct and define the design solution.
- Work with the technical team to direct and define the technical delivery specifications.
- Create, prioritise, and manage the product backlog (epics, feature, user stories, plus acceptance criteria).
- Manage the backlog delivery planning and estimations process.
- Elicit feedback, prioritise requests, and minimise the impact of change requests.
- Quality assurance and product evaluation:

- Attend sprint ceremonies and review products during design and development phases to ensure they meet the specified acceptance criteria.
- Oversee the testing and quality assurance phase, provide final product approval, and demonstrate features to clients.
- Stay updated on modern product design practices and them appropriately.

**Required skills and experience**:

- A Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a Product Owner role, defining and prioritising the requirements. of brand-new products and technologies in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
- Experience planning and facilitating requirements workshops.
- Expertise in crafting precise, meaningful, and measurable user stories.
- Experience managing complex and evolving Product Backlogs.
- Great client facing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Great organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a demanding environment whilst juggling multiple priorities.
- Experience working using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Experience working with and developing consumer-facing digital technologies, such as websites, mobile apps, chatbots and voice skills.
- Technical fluency; comfortable understanding and discussing technology concepts with developers.
- A strong level of commercial awareness and a strategic mind with the ability to identify business opportunities and contribute to delivering against them for clients.

- Experience in working in a digital agency type

**Qualifications**:

- 2.1 or higher in a business, marketing, product design or software development related degree
