Engage Digital Partners are currently looking for a full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our UK team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work very closely with our Head of People being responsible for hiring for all of our global locations such as London, Melbourne, Sydney, Mumbai and Bangalore. You will be tasked to hire full time and contracts within the following departments, including but not limited to Insights, Audience Development, Creative Development, Tech, Performance Marketing, Graphics and our Content team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside the Head of People to define hiring needs, taking briefs from hiring managers to created detailed job descriptions
- Writing and posting job descriptions on job boards, LinkedIn and the company website
- Managing the full recruitment life cycle; shortlisting CVs, arranging and conducting interviews
- Ensure recruitment process allows for diverse workforce and equal opportunities
- Promote Engage as an employer through job sites such as Indeed, LinkedIn and Glassdoor, as well as through events including career fairs and university presentations
- First point of contact for all recruitment queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Managing HR admin processes such as employee updates, data management, starter and leaver tasks

**Key skills and experience**:

- Experience hiring freelance and permanent staff in the digital media space
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes including hands-on experience of writing job descriptions/ads and posting them on various channels
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience working with an ATS and HR System
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly, multitask and work independently
- Knowledge of legal details around human resources including policies, employment law and VISAs
