**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team by getting used vehicle stock advertised professionally and as quickly as possible.
- Obtain working lists of the used vehicles that have come into stock in order to prioritise and get them photographed as soon as they have been prepared, and valeted in line with Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) standards.
- Record a quality video for all used cars in line with JLR standards.
- Ensure all files are organised correctly on our filing systems.
- Become familiar with JLR vehicles to ensure all features are captured by in the photography.
- Assist the General Sales Manager in uploading the photographs onto advertising platforms.
- Liaise with the valeting, workshop and parts departments on the progress of used stock through their systems.
- Report back to the General Sales Manager regarding any cars requiring extra preparation or re-valeting, or any delays due to backlog.
- Assist the sales team in preparing the used car pitch to look its best, and to help with ‘Approved’ point of sale and pricing.
- Attend daily morning sales meetings, to ensure knowledge of priorities for each day.
- Liaise with the sales admin team to be aware of outstanding preparation and delivery dates.
- Work closely with the General Sales Manager to ensure the number of days before used vehicles are displayed and advertised are kept to a minimum.
- Develop a professional working relationship with the sales team, the valeting department, and the service and parts departments.
- Keep up to date with the manufacturer’s training requirements, and attend courses as required.
- Assist the General Sales Manager with ad-hoc duties.

**Working Hours**:
08.00 - 17:30

**Key Success Criteria**:
To ensure that all used vehicle stock is valeted, prepared, photographed and displayed on our advertising (Autotrader, Website) platforms in < 10 working days
