We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Listers Careers. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for the servicing, repair, and diagnostics of all vehicles, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard first time.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts, and air conditioning servicing.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and mechanics.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, as part of a rota.
