About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Maintenance Specialist to join our team at MorePeople. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical systems across our facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair production machinery to ensure smooth operation.
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure equipment reliability.
  • Respond quickly to machinery breakdowns and work proactively to minimize production downtime.
  • Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and implement technical upgrades.
  • Ensure all work adheres to health and safety regulations and maintain detailed records of maintenance work.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency.

Shift Pattern

The role requires working on a rotating shift basis, on a 4on 4off Pattern with days and nights.
