The Vindis Group are seeking to appoint a Customer Booking Specialist within their centralised contact centre, the Vindis Customer Hub. This is a great opportunity to work within a successful team of customer focused individuals.

The Customer Hub is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. However, within these hours there is a variety of shifts and flexible working opportunities available. Whether you want to work from home, the office or hybrid, we will work with you to ensure you have the right work life balance.

**Key Role Responsibilities**:
As a Customer Booking Specialist, you will be an integral member of the Head Office Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Answer all Inbound contact centre calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- To make service vehicle bookings for all centres across the Vindis Group.
- To maximize service and sales profitability through the use of professional Aftersales and Sales techniques.
- Make outbound calls to Vindis Brand customers, ensuring awareness of service events due on their vehicle/s.
- Responding to online and Volkswagen UK Brand service bookings.
- Maximize customer awareness of all available retailer services.
- Ensure highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
- Maintaining customer records in a complete and accurate manner.
- Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration.
- Help retailers to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency.
- Effectively utilising the tools and resource available to you to become a specialist in your area.
- Being integral in championing and maintaining a culture of customer service excellence; ensuring that the expectations and requirements of customers are delivered upon and demonstrate alignment with, and engagement in, a robust customer communication strategy.
- Maximising upon every available opportunity to improve the successes of your immediate team and the wider business by ensuring that customers are aware of any relevant and/or necessary additional products and services.
