This family-run engineering business needs a Human Resources and L&D Manager to join a strong and passionate HR team based in the Head Office. You will be joining a business that has an excellent reputation and continual growth plans year on year. They’vebeen established for 20 years, along with a £200 million turnover and newly built premises in 2020.

**The Essence of the Human Resources and L&D Manager**
**Scope of the Human Resources and L&D Manager**
- Provide advice and guidance to the Regional Directors, and Senior Managers and Line Managers so that the implementation and compilation of Learning development policies, procedures, administration
- Supporting the needs and the objectives of the business and region in terms of Learning and Development, apprentice, and technical training, inclusive of administration, training delivery and design
- Research and provide analysis to inform decisions on new sources of training
- Support the HR Advisors with the recruitment process for our Apprentice and Graduate programme.
**Prerequisites**
- CIPD Qualified
- Experience as an HRBP or L&D Manager
- Ability to communicate with people of all levels effectively
- Happy to be office based
