Our Crop Nutrients business will extract a unique fertiliser that will help the world grow more food in a more sustainable way. POLY4 is our flagship multi-nutrient fertiliser product. Made from polyhalite, it contains four of the six macro-nutrients and many micronutrients that are essential to plant growth. It allows farmers to maximise their crop yield, increase quality and improve soil structure with one simple product.

Join us as a Personal Assistant where you will support the Operational Readiness Director and the wider operational readiness team
- Provide personal assistant support to the Operational Readiness Director in relation to diary management, travel and expenses.
- Translating prioritization into active management of diaries and related administration
- Produce high quality documentation, presentations and reports in support of the Ops Readiness team as required
- Manage internal and external events for the Ops Readiness Director and Team
- Provide a diplomatic and courteous “first point of contact”
- Liaise with peer Team Assistants and Executive Support teams to address scheduling conflicts that may arise and escalate any unresolved matters as appropriate

**Qualifications**
- Proven PA experience in a highly matrix environment across various geographies and team environments
- Secretarial Qualification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience supporting senior led teams.
- Be proactive, able to work quickly and accurately under pressure with absolute attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle privileged and confidential matters and maintain discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Travel and expenses booking tools (ideally Concur)
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong ability to manage conflicting diary demands from multiple stakeholders in relation to time with Ops Readiness Director
- Support of number of people and prioritise work appropriately
